On December 17th, the Lyceum Club held its Christmas Lunch in the restaurant “Casa da Dízima”. The lunch took place in a very pleasant, cheerful and good mood atmosphere between the members present, and a small Christmas gift was offered to all. After the approval of the Plan of Activities and Budget for 2022, after the appetisers a lovely lunch followed, with the refinement of the dishes presented:
Crispy Camembert roll with Pingo de Mel fig, crispy puff pastry of codfish and prawns, over sautéed vegetables and Madeira wine reduction, and as dessert pineapple carpaccio with forest fruit reduction, accompanied by good wines.
And so the Club closed the 2021 activities in an atmosphere of friendship and fellowship, wishing all members a Merry Christmas.
