This year, on 11 November, the Club celebrated St. Martin’s Day with a visit to the Pastelaria de Alfazeirão, where we had the opportunity to watch the various stages in the making of the famous pão-de-ló (sponge cake). This was followed by a fraternisation lunch in Salir do Porto, after which a walk through the beautiful landscapes of São Martinho do Porto began, ending with a visit to the Mother Church, where there is a canvas that reproduces the Miracle of St. Martin.
